Anjenette, Technician Manager

Anjenette has worked as a technician for over 11 years and became our technician manager in October 2002. Although she graduated in 1996 from Pima Medical Institute with a Veterinary Assistant certificate, she credits all her experience to "on the job" training. She has 2 old Chihuahuas and looks forward to her weekends pet sitting for Dr. Truesdell. She enjoys listening to music, going to movies, and is an avid fan of baseball-Go Yankees! Anjenette has been caring for pets at Aztec since November 1996.

Susan, Office Manager

Susan is our office manager and has over 22 years of veterinary medicine experience. She gained all her experience while working in a small and large animal hospital. She is also involved in the 4H organization and is currently their Treasurer of the Livestock Sale Committee. She has a variety of pets that keep her busy at home, including dogs, cats, a goat, 2 miniature horses, and a pet cow named Heidi Who. Susan enjoys gardening, hiking, photography, and shopping! She has been caring for pets at Aztec since August 1998.

Alicia, Receptionist

Alicia is a receptionist with over 13 years of experience in the veterinary field. Alicia graduated from Pima Medical Institute as a veterinary assistant in 1996. After leaving her former animal clinic, she decided to join our team as a receptionist. Alicia has multiple pets including two dogs, Willow and Daisy May, her cat Kitty Loo, two geckos and some fish. She enjoys reading, crocheting, and spending quality time with her friends and family. Alicia has been caring for pets at Aztec since July 2009.

Jenni, Registered Veterinary Technician

Jenni graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at CNM with an Associates degree in Applied Science. She has several pets including a cat, 2 ferrets, 2 Chihuahuas, and a Shepard named Maggie. Jenni enjoys hiking, biking, and jewelry-making. She has been caring for pets at Aztec since April 2007.

April, Registered Veterinary Technician

April graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at CNM with an Associates degree in Applied Science. Before joining the veterinary field, April worked as a Lab technician for over 10 years. She has 2 dogs and a parrot named Scooter. April enjoys hanging out with her family and volunteering at her church where she teaches young kids. She has been caring for pets at Aztec since April 2007.

Hope, Registered Veterinary Technician/Receptionist

Hope graduated from the Veterinary Technician program at CNM with an Associates degree in Applied Science. Hope also has a Masters in Education and retired from APS after 30 years of teaching. Although Hope is an RVT, she currently works as a receptionist. She keeps busy with her Dachshund and her Dorkie (dachshund/yorkie cross) Gemini and Pepper. She enjoys reading, walking, and gardening. Hope has been caring for pets at Aztec since June 2007.
